PP Woven Bags
PP woven bags/jumbo bags recycling pelletizing line
1. After being shredded/crushed into flakes, PP woven bags will be loaded into the cutter compactor for further agglomeration and drying.
2. Then PP agglomerates will be fed into the extruder for gentle melt and plasticification.
3. Double vacuum degassing system effectively removes volatiles and micromolecules (such as printing ink).
4. Water-ring pelletizer/ Underwater die-head pelletizer / Strand pelletizer.
Drying system: vibrosieve, horizontal centrifugal dryer, air conveying system.
